1. Why is Pocket by LMG transitioning its service channel to www.lmginsurance.co.th?

• LMG Insurance Public Company Limited will be amalgamating with Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited, effective March 2, 2026. This transaction will result in changes to our brand image as well as our service offerings, in accordance with the approved amalgamation plan by the relevant authorities.

  We would like to assure you that we remain committed to providing you with the highest standard of service. Policyholders of LMG Insurance Public Company Limited will continue to receive uninterrupted coverage, and claims can still be submitted as usual through the company’s service channels, in accordance with the terms and conditions of your policy.

 

2. Will this service channel change affect my insurance coverage?

• The change in service channels for Pocket by LMG Insurance will not affect your coverage. Your policy will continue to provide full and uninterrupted protection in accordance with the terms and conditions of your current policy throughout the entire coverage period.

 

3. Does my policy need to be amended or changed?

• Your insurance policy issued by LMG Insurance Public Company Limited remains fully valid and provides continuous coverage in accordance with the policy terms and conditions. No amendments or changes to your policy are required.

 

4. Will my vehicle information still be retained?

• Your vehicle information will continue to be securely stored in the system in compliance with all relevant laws.

 

5. How can I check my car insurance premium?

• You can check your motor insurance premium with LMG Insurance Public Company Limited here.

 

6. Will my car insurance premium increase as a result of this change?

• The change in service channels for Pocket by LMG Insurance will not affect the motor insurance premium for policies issued by LMG Insurance Public Company Limited that were purchased through this channel.
