Contract Works Insurance is suitable for contractors as it offers the protection to construction works, renovation works, decoration works, which is damaged by any accidents or unexpected events or other reasons that are not specified in exclusions until those properties must be repaired or substituted. The coverages are also extended to the third parties to whom the insured must bear liability as required by law for their bodily injury, loss of life, sickness or damage to properties of those third parties caused by accident, cover legal liability arising out of accidental bodily injury/death and/or property damage to third party happening at the construction site which the insured is legally liable. LMG shall pay compensation to the insured for such damage not exceeding the sum insured.

The conditions, exclusions, and other details shall be subject to the contract works insurance policy.
