Main Coverage	Sum insured / Limit of Liability

Benefit schedule

SME Value for Shop Owner plan offers the protection for shop business, e.g., florist, bakery house, pet shop, laundry, glasses shop, bicycle shop, drug store, gift shop. The coverage includes the insured building (excluding foundation), and other contents within such insured premise from the major coverage and other extra additional coverages provided by LMG.


1. Fire, lightning, windstorm, vehicle impact, smoke aircraft, water damage, bush fire, earthquake, explosion, riot strike, malicious acts and vandalism, hail.	THB 500,000 or higher
2. Loss or damage caused by burglary to the insured property with forcible entry/exit, including robbery at insured premises	Maximum THB 100,000 any one occurrence and THB 500,000 in aggregate
3. Loss of cash in premises caused by burglary	Maximum THB 100,000 any one occurrence and in aggregate
4. Third party liability for bodily injury and property damage within the insured premises	Maximum THB 100,000 any one occurrence and THB 1,000,000 in aggregate

5. Loss of damage to plate glass caused by accidental breakage	Maximum THB 100,000 any one occurrence and in aggregate
6. Electrical injury / self heating	Maximum THB 100,000 any one occurrence and in aggregate
7. Repair cost of entrance caused by burglary	Maximum THB 20,000 any one occurrence and in aggregate
8. Cost of debris removal from loss under major coverage 1	Maximum 10% of loss any one occurrence
9. Cost of fire extinguishing	Maximum 10% of loss any one occurrence
10. Rental cost of temporary outlet	THB 2,000 per day / Maximum THB 60,000 any one accident

13. Damage to Neon Sign or Sign Board caused by fire, lightning explosion, burglary and accident	Maximum THB 50,000 any one occurrence and in aggregate

Compensation for death within the insured premises of the insured and / or any member of insured’s family and / or any person normally residing with the insured for 4 persons (name basis) caused by an insured perils item 1 and 2	THB 100,000 per person / Maximum THB 400,000 any one accident and in aggregate

Notes

Insurance Terms and Conditions

The package applies to Superior class (Concrete with steel roof beam and tile roof). For Upcountry, premise must locate in general common area only.
The insured’s premises must not be located in a department store or shopping mall or a dangerous zone announced by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC).
The company’s limit of liability should not exceed the sum insured under main coverage 1.
The Company will inform in advance in the event of survey is required.

General Exclusions

Wooden or half wooden premises or locate in conflagrative block
Gold and gold bullion, jewelry, gems, precious stone, antiques, documents manuscripts, paintings, securities, mold or block , stamps etc.
All explosive items, all vehicle either roaduse, waterborne or airway
War and Terrorism exclusion
Y2K / millennium exclusion
Electronic data and internet exclusion
