Main Coverage Sum Insured
Benefit schedule

SME Value for Enterprise plan offers the complete coverage for SME enterprises, e.g., office, dormitory, apartment, guest house, mansion, educational institute, club, fitness, clinic. The coverage shall include the insured property (excluding foundation), and other contents within such insured property from the major coverage and other extra additional coverage provided by LMG.

   
1. Fire, lightning, windstorm, vehicle impact, smoke, aircraft, water damage, bush fire, earthquake, explosion, riot strikes, malicious acts and vandamlism, hail excluding flood THB 500,000 or higher
2. Loss or damage caused by burglary to the insured property with forcible enter / exit including robbery at insured premises Maximum THB 100,000 any one accident and THB 1,000,000 in aggregate
3. Loss of cash in premises caused by burglary Maximum THB 100,000 any one accident and THB 100,000 in aggregate
4. Third party liability for bodily injury and property damage within the insured premises Maximum THB 100,000 any one accident and THB 1,000,000 in aggregate

Notes

Other conditions
  • The location or place of keeping the subject matter of insurance must be the first-class or full-concrete building. If located in a regional area, it must be in the zone where the underwriting is specified as a general zone.
  • The insured’s premises must not be located in a department store or shopping mall announced as a dangerous zone by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC).
  • The Company’s liabilities for all coverages must not exceed the sum insured as specified in Item 1 of the main coverage.
  • The Company shall inform in advance for the risk survey is needed.
General Exclusions/Excluded Property
  • The building construction is wood or timber, or half-timbered or the insured’s property is located in a dangerous block area or slum.
  • Valuables such as banknote, bonds, gold bar, gems, antiques or works of art, document, drawing, diagram, painting, securities, mold or block, stamp duty, etc.
  • Glassware, porcelain, ceramic porcelain, marble, or other fragile objects.
  • Explosives, all types of vehicles, either by land, water, or air.
  • Damage caused by terrorism, sabotage.
  • Exclusion of the coverage for electronic data and internet.
